State Route 681 is a north-south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 124 near Reedsville (Meigs County) along the Ohio River and its northern terminus is at State Route 356 north of Albany near Mineral and east of New Marshfield.
