State Route 618 is an east-west state highway in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at an interchange with the U.S. Route 50/State Route 7/State Route 32 concurrency about 6¼ miles west of Belpre, and its eastern terminus is in northern Belpre at an interchange with State Route 7 near the eastern terminus of its concurrency with U.S. Route 50 and State Route 32. The route runs concurrent with Business U.S. Route 50 from the western terminus to downtown Belpre, and then with U.S. Route 50 and State Route 32 north to just before the eastern terminus.

[edit] History
- 1938 – Original route certified; originally routed along the current U.S. Route 50 alignment from 2 miles west of Belpre to Belpre[2].
- 1966 – Rerouted to its current alignment on the former U.S. Route 50/State Route 7 alignment (which was solely State Route 7 before 1926, and was then cosigned with U.S. Route 50S from 1926 to 1934); the original State Route 618 alignment was then signed as U.S. Route 50/State Route 7[2].
