State Route 608 is a north-south state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 528 about 2 miles south of Middlefield. Old State Road continues south of State Route 528 as C-6 to the Geauga/Trumbull county lane where it becomes C-206, which continues to [[Ohio State Route 45|State Route 45 in Champion Heights. The northern terminus is at Ravenna Road (C-360) about 3½ miles south of Painesville. The road continues west of C-360 as C-412 (Concord-Hambden Road) to C-409 (Auburn Road). The route passes through one of the largest Amish settlements in Ohio; an Amish-run cheese factory is located on the corner of Old State (State Route 608) and Nauvoo Roads north of Middlefield.
