Ohio State Route 607 is a north-south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is on the East Huntington Bridge over the Ohio River, at the West Virginia state line near Proctorville, where West Virginia Route 106 continues south. State Route 607’s northern terminus is at State Route 7 just west of Proctorville. Also, to the north from this point, ODOT lists a State Route 607T which runs just over ½ mile to Irene Road (C-403), and also shows a future alignment of State Route 775 is planned to continue north from this intersection[2].
