State Route 552 is an east-west state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at State Route 220 about 2½ miles west-southwest of Waverly, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 104 nearly 2 miles southwest of Waverly. The route follows the north shore of Lake White while State Route 551 follows the south shore.
