State Route 533 (SR 533) is a short two-lane north-south state highway that runs exclusively within Logan County. It both begins and ends east of Bellefontaine, serving primarily to connect SR 540 and SR 47. Its north terminus is near to the campus of Benjamin Logan Local School District. The terrain along most of State Highway 533 is hilly woods and farm fields.
