State Route 372 is an east-west state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at the U.S. Route 23/State Route 104 concurrency about 6½ miles north of Waverly, and its eastern terminus is less than ¾ miles east at the boundary of Scioto Trail State Forest; the road itself continues east as county road (C-199) through the forest toward the Scioto River.
