State Route 349 is a north-south state highway in the south-central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 93 in Wellston, and its northern terminus is at State Route 160 in Hamden. The route provides a shortcut between the two end routes as well as access to Lake Alma State Reserve in Vinton County.
