State Route 330 is a north-south state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at an interchange with State Route 15 just south of Vanlue, and its northern terminus is at State Route 568, two miles north of Vanlue.

- 1933 – Original route established[2].
- 1938 – Extended north to State Route 12 along a previously unnumbered road[2].
- 1966 – Truncated at its current northern terminus; from 2 miles north of Vanlue to State Route 12 decertified[2].

- Despite a possible assumed relation to U.S. Route 30, State Route 330 never extended that far south.
