State Route 320 is a State Route entirely in Preble, County in Western Ohio. It connects New Paris to U.S. Route 35, which therefore connects the highway to Eaton. It also serves as an access for those going between Richmond, Indiana and Greenville. Route 320 is a very short state highway at only 3.1 miles. The northern terminus of State Route 320 is in New Paris at its junction with State Route 121. The northern end between New Paris and U.S. Route 40 is very hilly and curvy, with many accidents. South of U.S. 40 is a fairly straight road. Route 320 crosses over Interstate 70 but has no access to it. From the bridge, you can see the large blue arch that spans I-70 at the Ohio-Indiana Border. Once you cross the I-70 bridge you enter New Westville, a small unincorporated village. State Route 320 meets up with County Road 335, which at one time was U.S. Route 35. If you turn right at the stop sign, you will end up crossing into Indiana and end up at U.S. 40 in Richmond. By turning left, State Route 320 continues on to U.S. 35 and Route 320's southern terminus. By turning left at the end, you have access to Interstate 70 west.
