Ohio State Route 319 is a state highway in Western Ohio. It runs entirely on the border of Darke and Mercer counties and serves the village of Burkettsville. State Route 319 is one of the shortest state highways in the state. It's western terminus is in the middle of Burkettsville, only 1/2 mile from its eastern terminus at State Route 118. To the east and west of State Route 319, the road is known as Darke-Mercer County Line Rd. State Route 319 is also one of the few state highways that has a terminus with a county road.

There are a few state highways that are shorter than State Route 319. Most of these shorter highways are crossings at the Ohio River into West Virginia and Kentucky. Ohio State Route 807 is one of the shortest at only 0.4 miles, crossing the Ohio River near Newport, Ohio and crosses near St. Marys, West Virginia.
