State Route 307 is an east-west state highway in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at State Route 528 about a mile south of Madison, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 193 nearly 7 miles southeast of Jefferson.

- 1933 – Original route certified; originally routed from Madison to Ashtabula along current State Route 84[2].
- 1935 – Swapped alignments with State Route 84[2].
- 1938 – Extended to 3 miles east of Painesville along previous and current unnumbered roads[2].
- 1970 – Truncated at 1 mile south of Madison; from 3 miles east of Painesville to 1 mile south of Madison decertified[2].
