State Route 293 is a short north-south highway in northwestern Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 53 near Kirby. Its northern terminus is in Wharton.

- 1933 – Original route certified. Originally routed from 2 miles south of Wharton to Wharton.[2]
- 1998 - Extended to 1 mile south of Kirby along route 30 from 2 miles south of Wharton to 1 mile north of Kirby and previous route 699 from 1 mile north of Kirby to 1 mile south of Kirby.[2]
