State Route 184 is an east-west state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio, and is contained entirely within Lucas County. Known as Alexis Road from end to end, its western terminus is at its interchange with U.S. Route 23 in Sylvania (also the southern terminus of U.S. Route 223), and its eastern terminus is at its interchange with Interstate 75 in Toledo.

  • 1969 – Original route certified; originally routed from Sylvania to 1 mile east of U.S. Route 24 along State Route 568’s former alignment, which was decertified in 1954; Sylvania to 2 miles east of Sylvania was unnumbered from 1954-1964, and then served as bypass routes for U.S. Route 24 and the former U.S. Route 25 until 1969; 2 miles east of Sylvania to 1 mile east of the current U.S. Route 24 served as bypass routes for U.S. Route 23, U.S. Route 24, and U.S. Route 25 from 1950-1959, and then as bypass routes for U.S. Route 24 and U.S. Route 25 until 1969[2].
  • 1976 – Route extended east to Interstate 75[2].

  • unknown – Routed from Grand Rapids to 3 miles north of Bowling Green along currently unnumbered road[2].
  • 1943 – This alignment certified as part of State Route 110 (segment decertified in 1960)[2][3].
