State Route 115 is a north-south highway in western Ohio. Its southern terminus is at State Route 65 just north of Lima, and its northern terminus is at State Route 15 near Continental. The route goes through Kalida.

State Route 115 is an original state highway that originally went to the town of Holgate along current county roads. By 1969, the route had been truncated at its current northern terminus, possibly to denote "parentage" with State Route 15 (though Ohio state routes are typically independent of each other).
