The 9th congressional district of Ohio is currently represented by Representative Marcia C. Kaptur (D). This district is in the northern part of the state, bordering Michigan and Lake Erie, and includes the cities of Amherst, Oberlin, Port Clinton, Sandusky, and Toledo.
