Previously the line was...
"With the exception of new areas, Ogre Battle: Legend of the Zenobia Prince is almost identical to March of the Black Queen in appearance and game play."
But then it was changed to...
"With the exception of some added new areas..."
I think the latter implies that the original game's areas are played through again in this game, and that a few new areas are just scattered within. Is this the case? I haven't noticed it if so, but to handle this properly, screen-shot comparisons can be found on the following sites:
The closest I've noticed are that scenes 4 and 9 from the latter sort of resemble The Kalbian Peninsula ("Snow Fields") and Antalia ("Imprisonment") from Ogre Battle. Is there something that can prove that these -- or any other levels in Gaiden -- are the same maps as the ones from the first game? (I realize that they could be).
Unless there is, I think the statement should be either the original, or the current version:
