The Ogmore by-election, 1946 was a parliamentary by-election held on 4 June 1946 for the British House of Commons constituency of Ogmore in South Wales.

The seat had become vacant on when the constituency's Labour Member of Parliament (MP), Edward Williams, had been appointed as High Commissioner to Australia. He been the constituency's MP since the 1945 general election.
