Ogilvie High School is an all girls public high school in New Town, a suburb of Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. It is the only public all girls school in the state, the only other public single-sex school being New Town High School for boys.
The House system is integral to the pastoral care and leadership development at Ogilvie. The houses are Dando (purple), Miller (green), Steane (yellow), Venn (blue) and Williams (red).
The school recently underwent renovations which gave the school three new drama/dance studios.[1]
Throughout 2007, Ogilvie High School celebrated its seventieth anniversary.
