OGAE Second Chance 2008

The 21st edition of the OGAE Second Chance Contest will be held in Stockholm, Sweden after Måns Zelmerlöw won last year with Cara Mia.^[1] 21 countries will participate and vote alongside with eight guest juries from Andorra, Austria, France, Italy, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Rest of the World (Kazakhstan) for the title of the best song that didn't make it to the Eurovision stage through their national selection.^[2]
