The Ofer Brothers Group is an Israeli family business owned by the Ofer family.

The Assets of the Ofer family consist of shipping companies (one of the largest private shipping companies in the world) which includes the company Zim, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Real estates, ownership in the company Israel Corp., Israel Chemicals, Oil Refineries Ltd (BAZAN) in Haifa, Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank Ltd., Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and more. Incidentally, perhaps their most important competitor, Carnival Cruises, founded by shipping magnate Ted Arison, is also controlled by a family with strong connections to Israel as well.

The fortune of the family branch in which Sammy Offer is in charge of is estimated at one billion dollars, while the fortune of the family branch in which his brother, Yuli Ofer is is in charge of is estimated at about 300 million dollars. Sammy Ofer also possess an art collection which is considered one of the most expensive in the world.
