Ode to the Ghetto is the debut album by American rapper Guilty Simpson, released on Stones Throw Records. While making many guest appearances on albums by fellow Detroit rappers and producers, Guilty has had to wait years for his own solo album to come together. Production on the album is handled by many Stones Throw producers, Detroit producers Denaun Porter, of D12,and Konnie Ross, of Almighty Dreadnaughtz, as well as Los Angeles producer DJ Babu of Dilated Peoples fame.
It leaked to the internet on January 25, 2008.
