Odex's website as shown on 21 November 2007 when it was hacked and defaced. An exact copy with its full description was mirrored here by DarkMirage.
I, Mailer Diablo (talk), assert that the screenshot qualifies as Fair Use under the US Copyright Law on Odex's actions against file-sharing for the following reasons :
- Depicts the incident in question, relevant to the topic
- Inferior quality, resized to 300px
- No free replacement (assuming that the hacker retains copyright)
- Circulated and publicized by the local media for commentary
