Viscount Oda Nobutoshi (織田信敏? November 19, 1853 - June 6, 1901) was a Japanese daimyo of the late Edo period. He was a direct descendant of the famed Oda Nobunaga, through Nobunaga's son Oda Nobukatsu. As the lord of the Tendō Domain, Nobutoshi was involved in the Boshin War of 1868-1869. He was originally known as Oda Fukunosuke (織田富久之助).
Nobutoshi was born in Edo as the fourth son of Oda Nobumichi, lord of Tendō Domain in Dewa Province. Adopted in mid-1863, he became lord of Tendō in early 1868, following an audience with Emperor Meiji in the spring of that year. The Tendō Domain became embroiled in the conflict in the north, being caught in a difficult position between the forces of the Kyoto government on one hand, and the Shōnai Domain on the other. Nobutoshi resigned in favor of Oda Suemaru, but resumed headship shortly thereafter.
Following the war, Nobutoshi became a member of the new kazoku nobility as a viscount (shishaku).
