[edit] Ocular Ischemic Syndrome

My mother was diagnoised with this 3 weeks ago. After three different retinal eye specialists, I am convinced there is nothing more to do. My question is that how can a healthy 61 year old woman just wake up blind? The only problem she does have is high cholesterol, 3 months ago and began Zocar? Is there a possibility this medication loosed the plaque and it lodged in her eye? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.155.132.4 (talk) 23:44, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
