From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Octo
- Eight humans sharing the same gestational period are called octuplets and are usually all born within a short period of time.
- An octopus is an eight legged cephalopod.
This material is not about octet per se. Move it somewhere else.

- Will do soon - let me think about where to put it. Any suggestions are welcome - these are Octo- prefix words, so I will put them there for now. I am a newebee to WP, so am still finding my way. Thanks for the feedback, best wishes Leonard G. 01:28, 23 May 2004 (UTC)

- Well, Wikipedia is not a dictionary. If your interest is in definitions and etymology, consider moving your material to the Wiktionary companion project.

[edit] Split the article
I believe that we should split the article into:
- Octet (music)
- Octet (computers and networking)
- Octet (chemistry)
That way, it is easier for people to search. --Mozart2005 02:58, 27 July 2005 (UTC)
