[edit] Suggest name change and a couple of deletions
I'd like to suggest changing the name of the article to Oceanic Worldwide which I understand is the actual name of the company. I'd also like to suggest removing the reference to http://www.buyoceanic.com.au/productdetails-dealer-OC153-toplvl-4-catid-278-prodid-4276.aspx - I'd also like to suggest removing the External Links section as it only serves to duplicate a link already in the references section.
The reason I propose this is to hopefully make the article somewhat less "advertisy" while still maintain the encylopedic bits of the article and the 3rd party references that exist. Jasynnash2 (talk) 13:13, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- Sound like good ideas to me. Nk.sheridan Talk 15:46, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'll give the other main editor more time to reply but, if I don't hear otherwise on here will make the changes sometime Monday. Thanks for your input. Jasynnash2 (talk) 15:55, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- Keep the link to http://www.buyoceanic.com.au/productdetails-dealer-OC153-toplvl-4-catid-278-prodid-4276.aspx : it contains useful information about the Data Mask. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 16:01, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

- The "Data Mask" as a product for sale? Or the "Data Mask" as the concept spoken about before? I ask because I can't seem to access it at the moment. Jasynnash2 (talk) 16:26, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
- I already put a decent 3rd party ref for the datamask HUD (from an article in dive magazine UK [1]) which dealt with this being the first HUD mask for civilian market. The link to [2] is very 'advertisy', i.e. it's a link to a product in a shop which you can add to your cart and buy!! I'd agree it should be removed from the article or we are likely to end up in an AfD discussion again! Cheers, Nk.sheridan Talk 22:10, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
