The 2004/5 Oceania Club Championships was held in from April to June, 2005. The tournament was designed to decide the Oceania Football Confederation's entrant into the 2005 FIFA Club World Championship.

A preliminary round was held, with the format being a two-legged playoff to determine who went through to the final round. The travelling team played two matches in the host's country. The aggregate scores are shown.
