Ocean Properties, Ltd. is one of the largest privately owned hotel management companies in the US.[1] The company owns or manages hotels in the US, Canada, and the Carribean. Its offices are located in Delray Beach, FL and Portsmouth, NH. Most hotels under its ownership or management are franchises of Marriott, Holiday Inn, Starwood, or other brands.
