Ocean Front Property is singer George Strait's 7th original album, and 9th overall. It was released on MCA Records in 1987. It is certified double platinum by the RIAA. It is also Strait's first CD to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. It was ranked #5 on CMT's list of 40 Greatest Albums in Country Music in 2006.
