Ocean Drive (North Myrtle Beach)

Ocean Drive is the main thoroughfare through North Myrtle Beach in the U.S. state of South Carolina. The Drive is known for the origin of the popular 1960s dance, "the Shag".

Ocean Drive is often referred to by South Carolinians as the "OD", and still brings throngs of tourists every year, notably at the beginning and end of season (April and September) for weeklong "Shagging" events.
