In 1999, the 96 used to be similar to what the 87 does now (at least West of downtown). Then it was merged with the 97, leaving the 96 slot vacant for one (or two?) years, then reintroduced in its current configuration. If someone has old route maps from that period, it would be encyclopedic to include that historical note. -- RealGrouchy 00:49, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for that! I've also noticed that someone on a personal transit website that he had an archived old map of the 96.--JForget 02:51, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
