OC Agaza is a Togolese football club based in Lome. They play in the top division in Togolese football. Their home stadium is Stade Agoè-Nyivé.

During the 2005-2006 season, the club had an Iraqi player called Malik Hassan Karim, who held a French passport and had played in the lower divisions in France, Bulgaria, and Portugal, and for first division clubs in his native Iraq and Lebanon.
