I think this entry is relevant so that entries for it in lists on software have somewhere to go. There are similar entries for other software like Nagios, Zabbix, Munin, etc. The entry is a little sparse at the moment as it's 2am, and I don't yet have permissions to upload an image.

To make it clear, I am the developer of the application, but it's released under a completely free license (BSDish) so I have no commercial or otherwise gain to be made from the entry.
