ObeliskBJM, it's nice to have you on Wikipedia!

Hi. ObeliskBJM! Wikiwelcome! I came upon you while checking the geofiction page. I am a long-time player in a similar game, and I would like to compare notes. (My country is Lamb's cove on the planet Vexillium.) ... Michael J 00:44, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Tell you what... go to my Lamb's Cove page (not the one on Wikivex but the main page that links from there). You will find a link to e-mail me. Better than posting on these pages. (PS FYI - I am an adult living in Pennsylvania; these days one has to be cautious about this, in case you or your parents have any objections to communicating with me.) - Michael J 15:20, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikiproject: New Jersey

You've just started on Wikipedia, but you already seem to be a natural candidate for Wikiproject:New Jersey, and effort to fill in the holes and expand the details on all things related to New Jersey. There are no rules, regulations or obligations. But of you have an interest, and want to share in the group's efforts or have the group help you with your pet projects, check out the WP:NJ page and add yourself to the list. [edit] Image copyrights

Hello, one of the images you uploaded, Image:Hyla andersonii slc.jpg, appears to be a copyright violation with the source of the image being [1]. Please read up on copyrights to prevent this from reoccuring. Also, the image at Image:Eshraval Regions.gif does not have source information. Please provide source and licensing information.

FYI, you cannot just upload images under the GFDL or other license if they are just posted online without a license. Please audit your other uploads for licensing problems. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 21:42, 6 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Charashal_flag.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Charashal_flag.gif. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:44, 1 March 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 15:44, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
