Oberdorf is a municipality in the canton of Nidwalden in Switzerland.
It has a population of 3000 of which 5 percent is of foreign nationality (2002). The area of Oberdorf is 16.20 km².
There are 150 local businesses which employ 800 people. Of these, 30 percent are in the agricultural sector, 43 percent in trade and industry, and 27 percent in services.
The main sight of Oberdorf is the pilgrimage chapel Niederrickenbach.
