"I contacted Ari Levinson via Facebook, confirming that this image was uploaded with his permission. I said: "Hi, I'm a volunteer editor on Wikipedia and just wanted to confirm that you uploaded these two images yourself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Obama_Portrait_2006.jpg and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Levinson.jpg . We want to make sure we're not infringing anyone's copyright, and the uploader didn't specify whether he was Ari Levinson or not. (I'm assuming that you are the correct Ari Levinson, based on a google that turned up some info on you being a photographer, but I could be wrong.)" and he replied "Yep. I'm Ari Levinson. The Obama pic I took at a rally at USC. The Levinson one was while he was testing the organ for his last piece at the Kimmel Center. I am the rights holder on both images.""
