Oakleigh Barracks is located in the suburb of Oakleigh South.
It is home to the 4th Combat Service Support Battalion of the Australian Army Reserves, and is host to: 22 Construction Regiment, of the Royal Australian Engineers (RAE); 3rd Health Support Battalion, of the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps (RAAMC); and, 1 Petroleum Company, of the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps (RAAOC). It, at one stage, was also home to a unit of the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME). Its army reserve units consist of Elements/Logistic Support Company, 4 Supply Company / 6 Health Company, 105 Workshop Company, 7 Transport Company and 17 Combat Services Support Brigade.
The Barracks is also used for the purposes of the Australian Army Cadets, 302 Unit.
