[edit] Football Program
On December 1, 2007, the Mustangs 2007-2008 football team finished their season ranked #1 in the state for Division III schools.
Mitch McIntyre #12 went down as one of the best quarterbacks in the history of the school, passing for 480 yards in a single game. He was highly recruited but chose to play baseball in college instead.[1][2]
[edit] Academic Decathlon Program
Oakdale High School's Academic Decathlon team has won the Stanislaus County competition eight consecutive times after taking the lead from Modesto in 2000. They have gone to state each time, and in 2007 reached second place in their division in the state of California.
