Oakbank is a town in the Adelaide Hills, east of Adelaide in South Australia. It is in the Adelaide Hills Council area.

Oakbank is well known for the Oakbank Easter Racing Carnival that is run by the Oakbank Racing Club, founded in 1875.

Oakbank has a single operating hotel which is a centre at the end of the annual racing carnival each Easter. The Historic Kelsey cottage, circa. 1914, has now been converted into a restaurant which is frequented by tourists and locals alike for its scones. The town also has a pizza bar and farm supplies store.
