Oak Mountain High School (OMHS) is a high school in Birmingham, Alabama. Oak Mountain High School is part of the Shelby County School System. The principal is Joan Doyle. Oak Mountain currently houses 414 seniors, 423 juniors, 455 sophomores, 420 freshmen for a total of 1712 students. It was built in 1998. It has a 210,000 square-foot campus, which sprawls across forty-five acres.

Sports facilities on campus include a practice gymnasium, a competition gym seating 2,000 fans, baseball and softball stadiums, a band practice field, and soccer practice fields. A multi-purpose stadium, seating 5,000 spectators, was also built on Hwy. 119 to house the football, soccer, and track and field events.
On April 30, 2007, the school's spring choir concert had the High School Musical song We're All In This Together as its finale.
