[edit] Two facts

1. What establishes where the limit is? Sounds more likely to be opinion, or inference from not finding more extreme examples, than fact.
2. "Only in Europe" is likely to mean "Some places in Europe, but not in North America" or "... not in the US" to the person who wrote it, so verification is needed.
