[edit] Reorganisation of Content

Most of the previous content has been moved to Scottish Certificate of Education. Although it wasn't a bad article, it didn't particularly focus on O-Grades as the title would suggest; in fact, it was more of an overview of secondary educational qualifications. Since there was a lack of an article on the SCE, the old O-Grade article forms the perfect basis of that.

I didn't want to rename the page, as there was still a place for an O-grade article.

BTW, can anyone cite the '1951' date in relation to the introduction of O-grades? I've left it in the (now moved) article, and I'd like to include it in this one too, but I have reason to believe O-Grades were introduced later than that... info appreciated, thanks.
