[edit] Flag of New Zealand
Though this second comment of mine is of a totally different character compared to the first, the reason why I reverted your edits at Flag of New Zealand (reversion) is because of the "Neutral Point of View" (NPOV) policy. While the text in itself is not POV, the addition of an alternative is inherently NPOV (in my opinion).
We should discuss this at Talk:Flag of New Zealand, and we might be able to include some of that content in the article in a less overt manner.

- Regarding Image:Lockwoodnzflag-1-.gif, is it possible if you uploaded a vector/SVG of the flag rather than a GIF? The Wikipedia server can do the scaling and rendering. If you choose to upload, I suggest you do it to Wikimedia Commons, rahter than Wikipedia, so it can be used on all Wikimedia projects (the other language Wikipedias etc). Commons requires a second registration, but the registrations can be linked (like mine). Greentubing 21:15, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
NPOV and all that - Glad your contributing to Wikipedia Kyle - the Flag debate section of flag page does need changing, IMHO it's not that balanced anyway. --Lholden 08:47, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

- I've put more of the info back on to the page, and edited the argument for retention of the current design, to acknowledge your design. I'd like to know how you feel about this. Greentubing 07:19, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Staff Barter Card.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Staff Barter Card.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 01:56, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
