Nystagmus

Nystagmus is a type of eye movement characterized by alternating smooth pursuit in one direction and saccadic movement in the other direction. Nystagmus may be:
- Physiologic nystagmus when occurring normally and serving its normal function.
- Pathologic nystagmus when occurring abnormally.
