Nyotini is a town and a nagar panchayat in Unnao district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Nyotini had a population of 7120. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Nyotini has an average literacy rate of 43%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 52%, and female literacy is 34%. In Nyotini, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Shamshulullema Mohammad Abdul Jalil Usmani was born in 1862 in nyotini and he was the professor of Persian in Queens college Benaras presently called it Benaras Hindu University.He was a versatile scholar in Arabic, Persian and Urdu.
He was among the six Shams-ul-ulmas (Grand Scholar) in India. This honor was conferred upon him by the British Governor General and Viceroy in nineteenth century for his educationist views and intellectualities. He was a true scholar and patriot and had a deep vision to education for all classes.
He got constructed two palatial buildings in nyotini which are still intact and a lone reminder of his love to his native place.
His grandsons are still living in nyotini.
