Nyingje Norbu Is the Tibetan Buddhist name of Jason W. Carter. Mr. Carter is the founder of Nyingbulam Ryu Jujitsu and a devoted Buddhist. He is also the Principal of the world’s largest and most elite Modern martial arts institution. The Kokusai Kongo Bugei Kai / International Mixed Martial Arts Association.
