This is a documentation subpage for Template:NYCS (see that page for the template itself).

{{NYCS}} is a universal template intended to replace older NYCS templates such as {{NYCS 5}} and {{NYCS time}}.

1 (or first unnamed parameter)
The page name without the (New York City Subway service) suffix

[edit] Optional

2 (or second unnamed parameter)
The link text, if left blank the value from 1 will be used
3 (or third unnamed parameter)
If given will provide a link {{{3}}} to be used in place of the {{NYCS time}}.
