Downloaded from NYC health department at http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/pr/pr083-05.shtml. I believe this image to be fair use for the purposes of identification of the health campaign by the NYC board of health given its reduced size and quality from the poster version.

In addition, this graphic was distributed with a press release which may actually make it qualify for a promotional tag instead. You be the judge!
