The Black Watch S.C. logo above is included in the Black Watch S.C. article. Although the logo is copyrighted under United States copyright law, I believe that the use of the logo is covered as fair use under Unites States fair use laws because:

1. It is being used to provide identification of the console in question;
2. No free-use alternative can possibly be created due to the nature of the image in question;
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the product in any way;
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes;
5. The Wikimedia Foundation could not possibly make any profit from its display of the logo, and Black Watch S.C. could not possibly make any greater profit through the Wikimedia Foundation's removal of the logo.
